Terms of use
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Aqsa LogicByte about your use of Health Library (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Health Library helps you store and organise health information for yourself and, later, your family. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment — see our Medical disclaimer.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. You may add information about other people (such as your children) only if you are allowed to manage it for them.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us straight away at aqsahamzadev@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store information about someone without the right to do so;
- try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around security or rate limits;
- disrupt, overload, copy or reverse engineer the Service;
- upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to share.
5. Your information
The information you add stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it back to you only as needed to run the Service, as described in our Privacy policy.
6. Not medical advice
Anything the Service shows — including profile completion, BMI and future summaries — is for information only. Always consult a qualified health professional about your health. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
7. Availability and changes
The Service is currently in testing. Features may change, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable. We do not promise that it will always be available or error free, so keep your own copies of important medical documents.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on information in the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
